While she has worked both in the UK and Australia, the research she has conducted for a wide range of blue-chip companies has taken her all over the world, and she is interested in both cultural differences and fundamental human similarities. She is fascinated by human nature and how it translates into consumer behaviours; with a particular expertise in understanding how relationships between people and brands are created and evolve. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Cambridge.

Laura has worked across all aspects of market research for over a decade, where she has developed her passion for turning data and customer and market feedback into strategic business insights for her clients. She is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher, having worked across a wide range of business types and industries. Laura prides herself on her high attention to detail, quality work and client service, and loves diving into her clients’ businesses to design research that helps them understand their market and customer base and achieve their business goals.

A versatile, action-based and challenge-oriented problem solver, Gab blends qualitative and quantitative research skills gained in the UK and Australia with a love of numbers to bring an objective, evidence-based yet agile approach to telling stories and driving decisions. Gab’s communications skills gained from sports coaching translate readily into client relationship building and report writing. Something of an overachiever, she received the University of Technology Sydney’s University Medal for the Honours year of her Bachelor of Business degree, and has competed at an international level in Oztag.

Fascinated with storytelling from a young age, Grace was drawn to research and how it
can be used to convey human stories and experiences. Starting as a research project
coordinator in London, Grace learned the ins and outs of quantitative and qualitative
research, working with a variety of clients in a range of sectors. Her interest in the arts
has resulted in a particular specialism in the music and entertainment sector. A keen
problem solver, she enjoys working with clients to find creative research solutions to
inform impactful strategic insights.

The founder of House of Brand Group, Pete is an accredited Master Brand Coach and one of the most sought-after brand planners, researchers and consultants in consumer behaviour, marketing and CX. He began his career in corporate finance valuing brands on balance sheets, and then transitioned into the fascinating world of consumer insights and the science of emotion. A frequent keynote speaker, author, film producer and commentator on brands and consumer trends, Pete has been a lecturer in Marketing at the University of New South Wales, has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, a Masters in Screen Business and is undertaking a PhD in Cognitive Psychology.

Nick is a career brand and communications researcher and strategist, and recognised specialist in measuring advertising effectiveness, with global experience in agencies ranging from Millward Brown to Hall & Partners. Through his role as CEO at House of Brand, Nick relentlessly pursues breakthrough brand insights for clients, as well as leading the pioneering and development of the HOB offer. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lancaster University, UK.
